SUMMARY:Cybersecurity workshop by Chris Kubecka
DESCRIPTION:Topic: The Matrix Reloaded Quantum Computing and the Redefiniti
 on of Cyberwarfare\n\nDuration: 6 hours\n\nDate: 31.03.2025\n\nTime: 12:0
 0 - 20:00\n\nDescription: "\n\nThis interactive lecture-workshop will be l
ed by Chris\, who will begin with a concise introduction to quantum comput
ing and its impact on modern cryptography. The workshop will explore cyber
security in a post-quantum world\, presenting advanced methodologies such
as the Quantum Computing Attack Framework and the Quantum-focused KQC Atta
ck Framework.\n\nThe workshop will be a combination of traditional hacking
 \, AI-based hacking\, wetwork-style operations\, hacking of military decis
ion-making software\, large-scale data harvesting with deferred decryption
("harvest now\, decrypt later")\, AI and generative AI exploitation\, cyb
 erwarfare strategies\, and post-quantum hacking techniques.\n\nParticipant
s will see numerous real-world examples and case studies\, including topic
s like Quantum Threat to a Financial Institution's Secure Transactions and
Securing Critical Infrastructure from a Quantum Attack. Chris will also i
ntroduce quantum computing cybersecurity tools\, techniques\, and processe
s\, alongside hands-on tabletop exercises where attendees can actively eng
age in scenario-based decision-making.\n\nThis workshop originated from a
scientific paper commissioned by Oxford University and peer-reviewed by to
p post-quantum experts\, including former members of the White House Offic
e of Post-Quantum Computing.\n\nThe event is designed for both seasoned cy
bersecurity professionals and newcomers — or simply anyone curious about
the future of cybersecurity and quantum technologies."\n\n\n\nAbout Chris
:\n\nChris Kubecka is an American computer security researcher and cyberwa
rfare specialist. In 2012\, Kubecka was responsible for getting the Saudi
Aramco network running again after it was hit by one of the world's most d
evastating Shamoon cyberattacks. Kubecka also helped halt a second wave of
July 2009 cyberattacks against South Korea. Kubecka has worked for th
e US Air Force as a Loadmaster\, the United States Space Command and
is now CEO of HypaSec\, a security firm she founded in 2015. She lives and
