Протокол от Управителен Съвет – 3 септември, 2015
Среща на Управителния съвет при състав:
- Васил Колев
- Владимир Василев
- Петко Борджуков
- Петър Велков
Следните работи бяха обсъдени на английски заради госта ни от Нидерландия – Wizzup:
- nsnd on 26-27 September? – vloo will discuss it with the rest of Balkan hackerspaces;
- site – will be developed little by little next couple of weeks -> Lang switcher should be added ASAP on current site;
- maniax fuckin forked the fuckin logos in init Lab github organization;
- Peter waits for rain in order to fix electricity in kitchen;
- mia will deal with the design for init Lab invoice data, and we’ll print stuff inhouse;
- next week peter takes vloo to Metro for sie Kards;
- we should all review event rules and approve them;
- vloo will talk to the owner about the water stream in the toilet;
- maniax & peter are totally against cutting feet of the tables in the hall, short people – deal with it -> issue is closed;
- vloo will ask if people want a monthly member meeting;
- we need a meeting with PR people for organizing „open days“ at init Lab;
- waiting for peter to mount the phone;
- alex will have a second look at the kitchen;
- peter will pick up an air conditioner tomorrow;
- vloo will talk to contact by the owner for fixing the ceiling in the hall;
- we’ll pick up a date for a flea-market for old stuff and announce it;
- organizing event for cleaning up around the hackerspace (cutting plants around) – peter will provide tools, we need an event;
- vloo should call people for the signs out of the hackerspace whom Martina recommended;
- vloo organization registration;
- maniax will add init Lab as openfest partner (or something);
- next time we’ll organize members meeting instead of a board meeting;
- wizzup offers help for organizing and cleaning up haquarim;
