We are hoping to invite up to 3 Bulgarians to create contacts and
spark energy for continuing development after the conference – to get
inspired and carry on with the knowledge they gain at the event, and
grow the libre graphics community.
The organisers have secured major funding from Franophonie
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francophonie) that will cover the flight
and a good hotel.
