Would you like someone to listen to your private conversations?
Would you like the mailman to open your mail?
Would you like someone to intrude your appartment or to follow all your steps?
This is not acceptable – and it shouldn’t be in the digital world either.
Unfortunately, this right is not respected. Unfortunately, what you do on the internet can be tracked. The state, advertisers or whoever wants information about you is not hesitating to collect.
The good news is that you can learn how to protect your privacy on the internet. Strong encryption is not only for spies, presidents and banks. Encryption isn’t only accessible to nerds.
Encryption is for everyone, and everyone has the right to privacy.
Come and join us at a CryptoParty to learn how to protect your privacy!
The event is free.
Everyone is invited, no matter of your age, gender or technical knowledge. Just bring your laptop or smartphone if you have one.
A wide range of tools can help you to get back your privacy. At a CryptoParty you can learn which tools are available and how to use them. If you know how to use them, feel free to come over and help us to teach!
Learning is always an individual process. We will have separate tables for each topic (anonymous surfing, e-mail and chat encryption, password security and more). Just pick the one you’re most interested in.
Privacy is a basic human right. Get it back!
